Sensing & Perception

Before network design or automation begins, systems have to understand the environment. Visible-light, thermal, laser ranging and radar each suit different scenarios, and the wrong mix means redoing later integration.

APPROACH

We plan the sensing mix around environment, hours of operation and integration needs, so every later integration decision rests on reliable data.

From a single camera to multi-sensor fusion, every decision is made with the long-term maintainability of the whole system in mind.

Capabilities

01

Day and night sensing

Continuous sensing from day to night

Day/night cameras with low-light sensors and ISP tuning keep recognition reliable when natural light is poor.

02

Thermal detection

Sensing that does not depend on light

Long-wave infrared (LWIR) captures temperature distribution for detecting people and monitoring equipment in total darkness, smoke or dust.

03

Spatial ranging

Active ranging in three dimensions

Point-cloud scanning and radar speed measurement provide precise distance and velocity, and fusing them with cameras greatly raises detection confidence.

How it works

At night in smoke, visible-light cameras cannot see clearly. Thermal and radar cross-check and confirm a person has entered.

Industries

Industries

01

Petrochemical and energy sites

Large areas, with frequent night-time and smoke conditions.

02

Ports and logistics yards

Constant traffic needs round-the-clock recognition.

03

Substations and public facilities

Unmanned sites need alarms you can trust.

STEP 02

Choose the sensor mix and mounting positions.

STEP 03

Install, calibrate and set fusion rules.

STEP 04

Functional verification, permission setup and operator training.

STEP 05

Deliver false-alarm analysis and tuning records.

FAQ

FAQ

Yes. We assess image quality and positions first, then decide which sensors to add.

It depends on the site. We run a trial first and tune the rules from real records.

Thermal plus radar is the most reliable, with visible-light cameras for confirmation.
